With more than 10 years of experience working as a news writer and public information officer, Penguin Media Consultants President Tonie Auer brings clients a realistic vision of what to expect in generating publicity.  Auer’s inside knowledge of what reporters look for and use is just part of her vast experience with the media ranging from health care to law and business-to-business. As president of Penguin Media Consultants, Auer’s professionalism in the field of public relations is un-compromised.

 

Prior to Penguin Media Consultants, Auer was a staff writer for The Fort Worth Business Press and was a Public Information Officer for the University of North Texas in Denton. Auer was responsible for planning and implementing special sections for the weekly business journal at the Business Press. At UNT, she directed the media relations efforts for a variety of programs including the College of Education.
