DENTON – The Texas Building and Procurement Commission through its Certification and Compliance Program this month awarded Penguin Media Consultants certification as a Historically Underutilized Business.

The Texas Building and Procurement Commission conducts the State of Texas Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Program for minority and women-owned businesses.
